This issue may be caused by corrupted system files. Please follow the steps below to repair Ivy.
Step 1: Remove the Inner Pot
First, take out the inner pot.
If the inner pot remains inserted, Ivy may continue loading the corrupted file and display the same issue.
Step 2: Update to the Latest Firmware
Make sure Ivy is updated to firmware version OTA 2.1.5 or later.
Step 3: Run System File Update
Before repairing the files, go to Settings → Other Settings and tap “System File Update.”
Please wait until the update is fully completed.
Step 4: Fix the System Files
After the system file update is complete:
- Go to Settings → Other Settings.
- Tap “Fix System File.”
Step 5: Wait for the Repair to Finish
A progress screen will appear on Ivy’s display. Please wait until the repair is complete.
