This issue may occur on a small number of devices from a specific production batch where the water level sensor was not fully calibrated during manufacturing.
Step 1: Skip the Tutorial
If Ivy is stuck on the water level screen:
- Open the app and tap the “Please Wait” text repeatedly.
- This will reset the device and skip the tutorial.
Step 2: Update the Firmware
After Ivy reboots, make sure to upgrade to the latest firmware version.
Step 3: Calibrate the Water Level Sensor
Once the firmware update is complete:
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings → Other Settings.
- Tap Water Sensor Calibration.
- Follow the instructions in the app to complete the calibration.
After calibration, the water level sensor should work normally and the issue should be resolved.
