My Ivy is stuck on the water level screen during the tutorial

This issue may occur on a small number of devices from a specific production batch where the water level sensor was not fully calibrated during manufacturing.

Step 1: Skip the Tutorial

If Ivy is stuck on the water level screen:

  • Open the app and tap the “Please Wait” text repeatedly.
  • This will reset the device and skip the tutorial.

Step 2: Update the Firmware

After Ivy reboots, make sure to upgrade to the latest firmware version.

Step 3: Calibrate the Water Level Sensor

Once the firmware update is complete:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Other Settings.
  3. Tap Water Sensor Calibration.
  4. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the calibration.

After calibration, the water level sensor should work normally and the issue should be resolved.
