This usually means Ivy was unable to sync the current time from the internet. The most common cause is a weak or unstable network connection.
Try This First
- Move Ivy closer to your Wi-Fi router to improve signal strength.

Reboot Ivy:
- Press and hold the back button,
- Confirm shutdown, then
- Press the back button again to restart.
If the Issue Continues
Please reconfigure Wi-Fi:
- Quickly press the back button three times.
- Confirm on the screen to enter Wi-Fi setup mode.
- Reconnect Ivy using your phone.
Once Ivy reconnects to the internet successfully, the time should update automatically and the 1970 display will disappear.
