How do I reconnect Ivy to Wi-Fi?

If you need to reset Ivy’s Wi-Fi or connect it to a new network, you can use either of the methods below.

Method 1: Using the Back Button

1. Quickly press the back button three times.
   – A confirmation prompt will appear on Ivy’s screen.
2. Touch the right side of the screen to confirm.
   – Ivy will restart and enter Wi-Fi setup mode.
3. Open the app on your phone.
   – Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner, select “Add Device,” and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect Ivy.

Method 2: From Settings

1. Go to Settings on Ivy.
2. Tap “Reset Network.”
3. Ivy will restart and enter Wi-Fi setup mode.
4. Open the app and follow the steps to add Ivy again.

💡 Note: Ivy supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.
5 GHz networks are not supported.
